We at CYBERTECH are extremely sensitive and vigilant to the protection of the personal data of our customers and acquaintances. This protection is of crucial importance to us. Towards this :

  • We adhere to the basic principles of personal data protection. We collect, process and transmit only the data that are absolutely necessary and only for legally justifiable reasons. These consist, are strictly limited and enforced to data needed for business transactions (Legal Obligation) and to data needed to communicate our products and services to our customers and business partners (Legitimate Interests)
  • We store Personal data, for the least possible time, if at all
  • We do not share Personal data with individuals and organizations outside our company nor do we submit it to analysis, drilling, mining and other processing

By using our site and/or by engaging in a business relationship with us you agree at your free will that certain minimum amount of data will be collected by us under the scopes stated above.

By submitting data using our contact form you agree that you submit it at your free will and that we may use it to establish and maintain communication with you. The data that you freely consent to submit for use will be strictly used for business purposes as underlined above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by following the procedure outlined in the next section.

Your Data Rights

Visitors to this site, as well as our other business associates and customers can exercise their personal data rights, which include:

  • access (see what we have collected)
  • rectification (requesting corrections to any errors)
  • restriction of processing (We do that pro-actively anyway)
  • portability (does not apply – see erasure)
  • erasure (right to be forgotten)

by filling out our contact form and stating any of the above in the subject field we agree to fulfill your request the soonest possible and certainly no later than a calendar month provided your request is not prohibited by law. (ex. Your data must be kept to fulfill our obligations to the state). We will inform you about our actions accordingly.

Erasure & Backups

When you request the erasure of your personal data and this is not prohibited by our Legal Obligations or Legitimate Intersts (as explicitly outlined above) we will do so as follows :

  • Primary instances of your data in all our production systems will be erased with all due speed
  • Personal data that may reside within backup archives which must be retained for a longer period of time for contractual, legal or compliance reasons might not be erased, because personal data within an archive cannot be isolated and/or accessed individually
  • If you have requested that your data be erased you can be assured that personal data will not be restored back to production systems (except in certain rare instances, e.g., the need to recover from a natural disaster, a request by judicial authorities or serious security breach). In such cases when the user’s personal data are restored from backups, we will take the necessary steps to honor the initial request and erase the primary instance of the data again.
  • Backup archives containing personal data will be protected with strong encryption. In the unlikely event that an archive is stolen, its contents would remain useless.
  • Retention rules have been put in place so that personal data in backup archives is retained for as short a time as necessary before being automatically deleted.
  • Records of all data subject requests regarding personal data will be retained, as will audit logs that record all activities on backup archives containing personal data.
